I Miss Home.....Florida

I miss parts of Florida. I miss the 'summer' feeling. I miss the Billy Bowleg Festival, I miss the Mullet Festival. I miss the beaches. I miss my parents, and friends back home. I miss the clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I miss the sugar white sand at the beaches.

I don't miss the sand, or the summer traffic.

Texas doesn't have the same type of festivals. Texas doesn't have the clear blue water, what Tx does have are lakes. Sometimes said lakes are slimy, and I'm not sure what I'm stepping on.

I have made friends that are life long friends here in Tx.

I guess Texas isn't that bad, but Texas def isn't Florida!
