Fire Prevention Week 2009!

The kids were able to meet Sparky the Fire Prevention Dog at school this week. Along with meeting Sparky, Dylan and Brooklyn were able to go in to a mobile home type house filled with *fake* smoke. They've learned to stop, drop and roll, and a few other fire prevention tips.

I think their favorite part of Fire Prevention Week was getting a fireman's hat and badge.

Brooklyn was too involved drawing a picture of a house with their escape route to take a picture in her hat, in case you were wondering.
